Do the services have apps available?

Some of the services offer a free application available on the Google Play Store and App Store. The apps by Ellibs, PressReader and the Libby app by OverDrive all work with the library card number and PIN. The Naxos Music Library app requires creating a separate account by using the browser version of the service first.

Why can’t I log in to this e-service?

Check that your PIN works by logging in to your web library first. If you can’t log in to your web library, the issue is probably with your PIN or the web library. If you can log in to the web library but not the e-service, the issue is probably with the e-service. In both cases, contact your local library for help.

The e-book won’t load/open. What should I do?

Make sure you are using the latest version of the app or the browser. Try logging out and back into the service. Wait and try again after a while. If this doesn’t help, contact the service through its feedback form or the support address given out by the service, or contact your local library.

Where can I suggest titles for acquisition?

You can suggest titles through the acquisition proposal form at your web library, or to the staff at your local library, who will forward the suggestions to the acquisitions department.

Where has the service I used to use gone?

The selection of services has undergone some changes at the beginning of 2023. See the up-to-date selection of services on your web library’s eLibrary page.

Where can I get extra help?

You can get more guidance for using the e-services on your web library’s guide to eLibrary page. Most of the e-services provide their own instructions, feedback forms or a support address. If these are no help, please contact your local library.

Why did my loans and reservations disappear from Ellibs/OverDrive?

The most likely reason is a new library card which has replaced your old one. The loans are connected to the old library card on the service. Contact the Ellibs support or, in the case of OverDrive, your local library and let them know both the old and new library card numbers. The local library will contact the staff responsible for the eLibrary who will transfer the information from the old card to the new one. If you have not acquired a new library card recently, please contact your local library.
